Houston We Have A Problem

Houston Texas
Septiembre 13, 2008.-

“Houston We Have A Problem” is used humorously in movies, but it can very well be used seriously today . The phrase was used to report a major technical problem during the flight ot the crew in the  US’s Apollo 13 moon.
But today september 13th can very well mean that the city’s residents are in real danger it they refuse to evacuate as ordered.
Floodwaters rose and it became clear that many of the 1 million coastal residents who had been ordered to get out refused to do so and were taking their chances
